Grand Traverse Pavilions, a nonprofit continuum of care with over 300 residents, will now use SmartLinx Soluntion’s unified workforce management system at its Michigan-based facilities.

The decision will allow the company to increase efficiency by replacing disparate scheduling, attendance and HR systems with a single, unified platform.

“We decided to use SmartLinx because it was a one-stop shop of sorts,” said Diane Mallory, director of human resources at Grand Traverse. “We were looking to replace our scheduling program and found a solution that will allow us to move from four different platforms to one.”
