Patcraft announced it has donated more than $67,000 to the American Red Cross, Texas Gulf Coast Region through a giving program to benefit Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.

The flooring company has collected 2% of every product shipped to Texas since September 2017 and donated it to the American Red Cross. Its giving program is meant to help rebuild communities after the hurricane. The organization provided more than 425,000 overnight shelter stays and more than 4.5 million meals and snacks during and after Hurricane Harvey.

“We care greatly about our Houston community, our customer partners and our team members, and we will continue to provide support as the city recovers over the coming years,” said Jeff West, vice president of marketing for Patcraft.  “While we are so thankful that our team members were safe, we realize that their communities have a long redevelopment path ahead. We extend a thank you to organizations like the Red Cross and dedicated residents who are serving the area as they continue to provide shelter, food and support to people and families in need.”
