Europ Assistance announced its German division has invested in Pflegix, a startup senior care business. The purchase expands the company’s global reach, the company said.
In 2017, Europ Assistance acquired CareLinx, a digital caregiver marketplace in the United States. Pflegix offers a digital marketplace for the German caregiver network, which include nursing aides. The goal is to offer families an option of finding help other than traditional agencies.
