Drive Medical has completed much of its plan to integrate DeVilbiss Healthcare, the company announced.
Drive acquired DeVilbiss, a respiratory and sleep products company, in July. The latter’s production and manufacturing facilities are in Somerset, PA.
The integration is expected to be completed by the end of October, at which point the new company will be known as Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare Inc. in the Americas. It will operate as independent entities everywhere else, company officials said.
