Brendan Morrow and Michael Hass have formed Drive Development Partners, a development and project management firm for senior living providers.
The mission of the company is to offer innovative design management and cost-control methods while creating high-quality projects. Morrow and Hass were previously with The Weitz Company and have completed dozens of senior living projects.
“We enjoy the high-profile, high-stress projects and are willing to tailor our role to deliver the right product to what the market or the project needs,” Morrow said.
The company offers turnkey development, owner representation, operations consulting and construction monitoring. Since launching last year, the company has worked with more than a dozen communities.
The firm is based in Scottsdale, AZ, and West Palm Beach, FL.
