Carlton Senior Living has selected RF Technologies as its Vendor of Choice, the company announced.
Recently it upgraded its Pleasant Hills facility with RFT’s QR Plus Wireless Nurse Call and Wander Management with Resident ID and perimeter security, Executive Director Tracey Ingleman said. The new executive director added that RFT “listened to my clinical and operational concerns and worked closely with Carlton’s IT team to configure a system that is user-friendly, efficient and reliable.”
Carlton had older, wired nurse call systems, and the upgrade will help it in the move to wireless systems, the company said.
Executives said they chose RFT over other vendors because of its responsiveness and level of detail provided prior to system implementation. Carlton also is using the RFT Clinical Education system, which VP of Technology Tuan Nguyen said contributes to its success.
“RFT provides the highest level of detail as to the scope of work in its initial proposal and system design, through to installation, implementation, and post-installation support. Their attention to detail is really what sets RFT apart from its competitors,” Nguyen said.
