Capital Funding LLC is pleased to announce it has closed bridge-to-HUD financing for the portfolio acquisition of six skilled nursing facilities located throughout Illinois, consisting of 594 total beds.
In addition, CFG financed the operations of a seventh skilled nursing facility in the portfolio, operated by Crown Healthcare. CFG expects to ultimately refinance the debt through HUD’S 232/223(f) Refinance program.
Capital Finance LLC provided working capital in the amount of $5.5MM.
