Cape Cod Healthcare has selected a communications and contact center solutions from Avaya Holdings Corp.

Cape Cod has a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, in addition to hospitals, assisted living and other hospice services. It employs 5,300.

The company is using Avaya and Integration Partners, which introduced their Loyalty2gether initiative to provide organizations. The goal is to have customers with older communications platforms incentives to upgrade to up-to-date Avaya IX Contact Center and Workplace solutions.

Avaya offers HIPAA-compliant options for healthcare customers, which are supported by an independent third-party audit, the company said.
