Cambridge Realty Capital Companies has arranged a $12.5M loan for the refinancing of The Ponds of Wealshire Assisted Living facility, a 141-bed assisted living retirement community in IL. The financing will be used to pay off debt.
The facility will serve the Lincolnshire, IL, metro area and will be managed by The Wealshire.
