BlueStep Systems, which provides a client-configurable platform for long-term care providers, and BridgeGate Health, which can connect and integrate different applications, announced in February they had merged.
The company’s Clinical Care Exchange™ is “a platform combining a native EHR with powerful integration tools for connectivity across the healthcare continuum.”
The merged company will be referred to as BlueStep/BridgeGate Health. Tom Bang, previously the BlueStep CEO, will serve as CEO of the new company.
“Our Clinical Care Exchange™ ensures seamless connectivity across the healthcare continuum, efficiently integrating providers’ systems with our integrated or competitive EHR,” he said.
