Russellville Park has independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments. The two building campuses have a total of 293 units, and the average occupancy is 95%.
The five-story Russellville East building was constructed in 2004 and is approximately 215,000 square feet. Four-story Russellville West building was built in 2009 and is approximately 205,500 square feet. The building consists of independent living, assisted living and memory care units.
