Turenne PharMedCo has created the ReadyMeds STAT Pack program, powered by Cubex®, as a closed loop automated dispensing solution.
STAT Pack increases a provider’s ability to have emergency/first dose medication and lets facilities safely manage medication inventory and dispensing. The system reduces errors, deters diversion, saves time, and lowers costs for the facilities and residents, the company said.
“By offering new and more streamlined technology solutions we are helping our customers strengthen nursing practices and better serve their residents,” said Wes Averett, vice president of pharmacy services for Turenne.
In March, Turenne PharMedCo became one of the first pharmacies in Alabama to be approved by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy to provide automated dispensing technology.
