Tim Hadley knows what it takes to be a successful partner.

As the newly installed president of Palmetto Infusion, he looks to invigorate the company as it continues expanding its offerings of in-home care and ambulatory infusion for acute and chronically ill patients. The company is used to charting its own path so bringing on Hadley seemed a natural fit.

Hadley has more than 20 years of experience in public, private and private equity-based companies, leading turnaround efforts and positioning start-ups to capitalize on their strengths. The former CEO of Evive Brands, he emphasized community engagement during his tenure. The company redefined senior care franchising to keep owners focused on empathy and driving innovation.

The Riverside Company, a private-equity company, invested in Evive, solidifying its position as a major player in the healthcare services sector. Evive Brands also is known for developing workplace partnerships such as through its national conference collaboration with Veterans Empowerment Services, benefiting more than 2,700 veterans.

Palmetto Infusion is Hadley’s second foray into an infusion-specific company. From 2018 to 2019, he was senior vice president of operations for Infusion Express, an ambulatory infusion center that worked with patients managing complex, chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis and lupus.

  • Hadley earned a bachelor’s of business administration, operations management and supervision from Western Michigan University.
  • He received the Best in Class award from Karrass, a negotiations training company, in a negotiating seminar.
  • Hadley is a senior adviser and board member of the private equity firm Devonshire Partners.
