The 17th annual spring edition of the McKnight’s Online Expo will take place Wednesday and offer the chance to earn up to four free CE credits. Staffing, wound care, the updated version of the MDS and falls prevention will be key educational topics.
The Online Expo hall will open at 10:30 a.m. ET, with the first session starting at 11 a.m. ET. “Implementing a successful new integrated wound care program” will be presented by Jeanine Maguire, vice president of Skin Health & Wound Integrations at Genesis HealthCare.
The second session, “Meeting the mandate: Reinventing your workforce strategy,” will look at coping with an expected federal staffing minimum and start at 12:30 p.m. ET.
The third webinar will begin at 2 p.m. and is titled “Major changes coming to MDS: What SNFs need to know to prepare.
Rounding at the day will be “Falls and osteoporosis – strategies to reduce risk.” It will include falls prevention strategies and starts at 3:30 p.m. ET.
