Strategies on how providers can master the transition into the Patient-Driven Payment Model will lead the way at the annual McKnight’s Fall Online Expo, which is set to open at 10:30 a.m. ET Wednesday.

Payment expert Leah Klusch, RN, BSN, will host “Leading Your Team Through the Transition to PDPM” at 11 a.m. ET. The session will focus on key components needed for the transition from PPS to PDPM. 

Renee Kinder, MS CCC-SLP, RAC-CT, “PDPM: Requiring Interprofessional Cooperation as You’ve Never Known It,” starting at 1 p.m. ET.

The final session will be led by Kari Olson, Front Porch chief innovation and technology officer and president of Front Porch Center for Innovation & Wellbeing. Olson will present on “Harnessing Innovation to Achieve Strategic Impact and Transformation” at 3 p.m. ET. 

The event will also include virtual booths. Participants can earn free continuing education credits for each of the sessions.
