McKnight's Online Expo, 2019, 2000x1125

McKnight’s Spring Online Expo, a free event featuring five webinars and accompanying continuing education credits, is returning for its 14th year next month.

The event — presented by McKnight’s Long-Term Care News — is scheduled for March 18 and 19. National industry experts will lead the webinars.

Attendees can learn successful strategies for the Patient Driven Payment Model during the “PDPM: Improving competencies and care while reducing risks” session, and gain a better understanding for cyber security during “Closing the door on cyber attacks.” Leah Klusch, RN, BSN, FACHCA, founder and executive director of The Alliance Training Center, will lead the PDPM competencies session. Jennifer Griveas, chief HR officer and general counsel for Eliza Jennings, along with colleague Michael Gray, Eliza Jennings’ I.T. director, will present the session on cyber attacks.

Other sessions include: “Handling the pressure: Staging wounds properly to maximize care and reimbursements under PDPM,” “How to take on risk” and “Finding capital in 2020.”

The free, online expo will open at 10:30 a.m. ET March 18. Additional information about the sessions and presenters, how to register can be found here.
