McKnight’s is offering a fifth Online Forum on COVID-19 for operators facing challenges during this historic pandemic.
Infection control and legal issues will be the main topics of discussion during the McKnight’s Online Forum: COVID-19 Update V, which is set for Wednesday, July 22. Attendees will be able to earn continuing education credits for both sessions.
The first session, “Using UV-C disinfection to eliminate COVID-19” will begin at 10:30 a.m. EST and will review emerging technologies and strategies for creating a safety environment for residents, staff and visitors.
The second session, “Worrisome Legal Issues Arising from COVID-19 – What You Need to Know” will be held at noon EST. It will cover ideas on how to deal with human resources challenges, fend off plaintiff lawsuits and prepare for potential criminal investigations.
