Creative Health Care Management is rebranding and will operate as Vertis Therapy moving forward, the company announced.
The name, which reflects an intersection, allows Creative Health Solutions and Creative Health Care Management to move in separate directions.
Creative Health Solutions LLC serves the TLC Management chain of long-term care facilities in Indiana and Florida. Creative Health Care Management services partners across the Midwest and Southeast.
“In short, as the needs of the healthcare and individual customers evolve, the past benefits of operating under a single name (recruiting, value-added support, etc.) are no longer necessary and do not outweigh the future ability to further individualize Vertis’ services. These entities have been fiscally and operationally separate for some time,” Paul Riccio, vice president of finance and development, wrote in a letter.
