As an exclusive advisor to Shoreline Life Care, the firm’s Senior Housing Capital Markets Group arranged the sale to National Health Investors.
NHI leased the property to Senior Living Communities.
The property has 299 beds and offers skilled nursing along with assisted living and independent living.
