EssentialLTC is expanding its long-term care insurance options, the company said.
The team is a combination of Wisconsin-based National Guardian Life Insurance Company and California-based LifeCare Assurance Company, and EssentialLTC is now offering policies in 13 states.
The companies debuted EssentialLTC in July 2016, and say a new LTCI issuer can avoid problems traditional insurers have faced.
