Evans Senior Investments has sold 23 skilled nursing facilities in Ohio and Pennsylvania for $94 million, the company announced. The deal encompasses 1,682 beds.
The buyer was not disclosed, but it is an owner/operator from the East Cost, the company said. ESI Founder and President Jason Stroiman oversaw a process that procured several offers for the portfolio, it added.
