Dupont Sustainable Solutions has launched a library of 40 microlearning e-courses and videos, designed to improve learning retention.
Videos cover topics such as dealing with stress and distracted driving. The videos are each less than two minutes long with a short quiz after each video. They are available for streaming or on a USB drive.
“Microlearning offers employees just in time, just in place and just enough training to help elevate risk awareness and prevent incidents on the job,”said Mark Wagner the USC regional leader for DuPont Sustainable Solutions. “Microlearning is a powerful tool that can deliver short, engaging and impactful learning experiences on focused subject matter.”
