BaneCare Management LLC has acquired six rehabilitation and nursing centers, all in Massachusetts.

The nursing centers, bought from Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group are Bay Path Rehab & Nursing Center in Duxbury; Brighton House Rehab & Nursing Center in Brighton; Colonial Rehab & Nursing Center in Weymouth; Hancock Park Rehab & Nursing Center in Quincy; Harbor House Rehab & Nursing Center in Hingham and John Scott House Rehab & Nursing Center in Braintree.

BaneCare is family-owned and operated, with 14 rehabilitation nursing centers in the greater Boston area. Harrison Bane, the vice president of operations, will oversee the six nursing facilities as well as an assisted living residence at Hancock Park. He was previously vice president of operations at Steward Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.
