TelePREOP, a telemedicine solutions company, has announced a partnership with The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.

“The University of Tennessee Medical Center’s patient population continues to grow and we decided to partner with TelePREOP to help support these patients and provide the level of service and expertise they expect,” said Becky Ashin, vice president at the Advanced Orthopaedic Center.  “The TelePREOP software and services will allow our preadmission staff to focus on patient testing and the assessments that need to be performed by our hospital team.  The elements of the preadmission workflow that are data entry can be partnered using TelePREOP services.”

TelePROP Ceo Tony Mira said the partnership reflects the need for vertical groups, such as nurses and hospitals to have an infrastructure that ensures continuity of care.

“Our goal is to ensure that the implementation is seamless to their stakeholders and secure their position in the healthcare industry,” he said.
