GoldenLiving Center – Dunwoody has chosen Reliant Home Choice for on-site dialysis.
Residents who had end-stage renal disease were previously transported to a local dialysis center three times a week for up to six hours of treatment. Instead, those residents can receive dialysis at their community, via portable machines from NxStage. The center is located near Atlanta and specializes in outpatient and short-term therapy patients.
“By providing staff assisted home dialysis to residents with ESRD in their home-setting the residents will experience a higher quality of life by making dialysis a part of their life and not their life,” said President and CEO Barbara Bednar.
