Golden Living has chosen HCS Interactant for its revenue cycle management across 300 centers, the company announced.
It will allow the organization to migrate from its long-standing and customized system to a centralized billing and reporting system. The choice of the new system means users will gain functionality, said Thomas J. Fahey, HCS president and CEO.
“Our revenue cycle module includes an embedded contract management component that is unique in the LTC industry. For LTC facilities like Golden Living, our automation tools are unparalleled in their ability to create efficient and streamlined workflows,” he said.
