Barco has released its JAO ST-185B bedside clinical terminal. The product can be used by both providers and residents. Providers can use the terminal to instantly access electronic medical records, take notes, or send messages to other staff members. Residents may use the device’s touch screen to see their daily schedule, send messages to nurses, control room lights, and educate themselves about their condition and treatment options, or enjoy video games.
