Signature HealthCARE has hired Barbara Revelette, RN, MSN, as its new chief nursing officer as of Feb. 15.
Revelette has more than 25 years experience in clinical and operational leadership positions in senior housing, hospital settings, and with healthcare industry partners. Most recently, she was senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Trilogy Health Services, LLC, where she worked for six years.
In previous positions, she oversaw the care of residents in skilled nursing environments, improved quality care and regulatory outcomes, and advised and successfully led large healthcare organizations through the pandemic. She has also developed several successful skilled nursing programs.
“Shaping the future of healthcare, post-pandemic, is essential,” Revelette said in a statement announcing her new role. “My hope is to continue to build on the meaningful relationships within our healthcare system and increase positive experiences, not only for our residents, families, and staff, but for our connective industry at large.”
Kentucky-based Signature has 12,000 employees serving residents in a variety of care settings at 103 locations.
