Leadership answers the focus of webcast tomorrow

Two of the most demanding parts of running a long-term care facility — staffing and budgeting — will be the focus of a free McKnight's webcast on leadership challenges tomorrow.

The keynote speaker is Jim Albert, vice president and CIO for Masonicare Inc. He will discuss his experiences with improving staffing and budgeting, sharing more than a few tips he picked up along the way.
