Many long-term care providers have become familiar with the ideas behind Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement — but what are the most effective ways to put those ideas into practice in a facility?

Attendees of the free May 29 webcast will learn how to tackle QAPI by selecting performance improvement project topics, carrying out root cause analysis and avoiding the negative outcomes that result from common pitfalls. The featured speakers will be Joyce Rutherford Donner, senior education and support specialist at eHealth Data Solutions, and Janet K. Feldcamp, a partner at the law firm Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff LLP.
