Resource Systems to be acquired by Cerner

Resource Systems - developer of the CareTracker documentation system - will be purchased by Cerner Corporation, both firms announced. The purchase gives Cerner a stronger presence in the long-term care market and an established client base. "Cerner and Resource Systems share a common view of the value of empowering clinicians to provide better, more accurate care," said Larry Triplett, president and co-founder of Resource Systems.
