Organizers are putting the final touches on preparations for the 28th annual meeting of the National Association for the Support of Long-Term Care, which will be held Oct. 15-17 in Las Vegas. Registration is ongoing.

A rehab therapy symposium, “Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation of individuals with Cognitive Impairments,” kicks off events as a separate ticketed event from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. That workshop, as well as numerous other events, will be held in conjunction with annual meeting of the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living.

Top sessions at the NASL meet also figure to include “The Changing SNF Part A Payment Model – An Afternoon with RCS-1,” “Data Breaches, Hackers & Ransomware: Cybersecurity Concerns for LTPAC,” “LTPAC’s Value in Bundled Care” and other policy-focuses meetings.
