Denver-based Providigm recently recognized some 265 skilled-nursing centers for excelling in providing quality care.

Providigm, which offers quality-improvement solutions and training, just announced the winners of its sixth annual Embracing Quality Awards as part of the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living’s  2018 Quality Summit last week in New Orleans.

The nearly 300 facilities, from both the U.S. and Canada, were honored for excelling in one or more of three categories: deficiency-free health inspections, low risk-adjusted rates of readmissions to hospitals and favorable customer satisfaction ratings, according to an announcement.

Heritage Health Minonk, in Illinois, and Hillview Community Living Center, Tennessee, were the top honorees, grabbing special award plaques for winning Quality Awards in all three of those categories.
