The Justice Department has filed a False Claims Act complaint against Omnicare Inc., alleging the pharmaceutical giant received millions in kickbacks from Abbott Laboratories over a 10-year period.
MatrixCare has received ePrescription transmission by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, specifically for the use of its integration with Omnicare pharmacies, FrameworkLTC and QS1 pharmacy software solutions.
