Swisslog, which offers hospital automation in material handling and medication management, and Parata Systems, a pharmacy company, have announced a partnership that will create a fully integrated outpatient pharmacy solution in the Middle East.
Outpatient pharmacy automation increases efficiency and patient safety, and there is increased demand for healthcare services in the Middle East region, said Stephan Sonderegger, executive vice president of Swisslog Healthcare Solutions, Asia Pacific.
By adding Parata Max® and Mini® with Swisslog solutions’ portfolio, Swisslog can provide a complete integrated outpatient pharmacy solution.
