Wingate Healthcare, an East Coast senior living and skilled-nursing provider, has added a new face to its leadership team.
The Needham, MA, company just brought Michael Spearin aboard as its new senior vice president of sales and marketing. In that role, he’ll support Wingate’s sales team, and act as an expert in accountable care, doctor relations, contracting and strategic planning, according to an announcement.
Previously, Spearin has spent some 20-plus years in post-acute sales, including as VP of business development with skilled-nursing provider Marquis Health Services in Brick, NJ, where he helped acquire new communities, and built and rebranded seven cardiopulmonary programs. He also previously worked with Kindred Healthcare, spearheading sales and business development for its New England region, and piloting the repositioning of Kindred’s 45 SNFs.
