Bryan Pruden has been promoted to chief financial officer at Care Innovations.
He was previously the company’s executive director of programs for five years, when he led programs with clients such as home care company Amedisys.
Before Care Innovations, he worked in CFO and senior finance roles at companies that include Sequoia Solar Inc. and Celergy Networks. Pruden also held positions at Intel for eight years.
His volunteer activities include serving as president of the Solana Beach Foundation for Learning, of which he was a founding board member.
Pruden completed his bachelor’s degree at University of Mississippi and his MBA at Indiana University-Bloomington.
