Status Solutions has launched MyGreenPages.net as a way to help senior living communities fund the deployment of the CATIE (Communication and Access to Information Everywhere) multimedia and self-service technology for their residents.

Green Pages started as an electronic directory of local businesses and resources on CATIE kiosks for specific communities. Status Solutions decided to expand Green Pages access to all of its stakeholders, including more than 700 SARA (Situational Awareness and Response Assistant) customers, employees, partners, friends and family.

MyGreenPages.net is searchable by ZIP code and is category-based. Businesses become members to promote their goods and services on the site, as well in CATIE kiosks in senior living communities. Each Green Pages member is associated with a specific community or communities, so a portion of their membership fee goes back to them to fund CATIE.

“By extending Green Pages outside the resident room and onto the Web, we’re creating an ecosystem of mutual benefit for all participants,” says Amy Jeffs, vice president of strategic programs for Status Solutions.
