New smartphone mount released

Caseco, a Canadian-based mobile accessory design firm, has released Core 360°, a rotatable mount that holds the user’s device onto any flat surface. It features a magnet for easy detachment.

The product is close to the size of a USB memory stick, and made from aluminum alloy. A 3M adhesive holds the metal ring onto the back of the user’s device.

“Unfortunately, a lot of smartphone mounts today are too big and clunky, gobbling up a lot of space in compact areas. We knew that we could design something better,” said Caseco CEO Jay Rahman.

The Core 360 can hold devices weighing up to 1.3 pounds.
