Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare added the Titan AXS Mid‐Wheel Drive Powerchair to its Power Mobility Product Line last week.
The frame allows the chair to keep six wheels on the ground to provide stability, executives said.
The Titan AXS combines U1 batteries with Bluetooth electronics in a programmable controller for easy troubleshooting and service, the company said. A captain’s seat is available in seven different width and depth combinations, and can swivel at 45-degree increments. The powerchair also has non-marking tires, positioning belt, height-adjustable headrest and adjustable contoured armrests.
There is a 24‐month warranty on the electronics and a 12‐month warranty on the batteries.
