OPRS facility dedicates rehab center
Rockynol, a part of OPRS Communities, will dedicate its $4.9 million rehabilitation center on Thursday.
The center can hold 35 patients in private or semi-private rooms that include window views, flat-screen televisions and power-lift recliners.
The rehab services area also includes a therapy gym, and patients work on strength training and daily living tasks.
“We're preparing our patients for a successful, confident return home after hospitalization for illness or surgery,” commented Executive Director Kara Hanzie.
Rockynol also offers long-term skilled nursing care. It is one of 12 retirement communities owned and operated by OPRS Communities, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services.
