Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare is preparing to launch a new website this summer, the company said.
The new website should provider faster and more efficient 24/7 account access, benefiting customers, Drive executives said. Features include allowing providers to self-service their entire Drive account online via a new Account Management Dashboard.
Customers also should be able to receive quotes, estimate delivery charges and dates, track shipments, pay invoices and process returns.
In addition, the website will feature improved search functionality, the company said, along with live chat and technical support.
