Jeron Electronic Systems Inc. has released a new Exception Report option in its Provider 790 Executive Information System Software.

The new report lets clinical managers review response times. The software package is used in connection with the company’s Provider 790 and 680 Nurse Call Systems.

The new Exception Report flags calls that are not answered and/or cleared in person within a desired time period. Users can make the report give specific call priorities. The staff member’s sign-on privileges determine which units and report types they can access.
