A rehab-to-home wing and therapy gym are among the improvements being made to a Illinois skilled nursing facility, according to local reports.

St. Clara's Manor will move to a new building at 1450 Castle Manor Drive in Lincoln, IL, in 2018. It will have 105 beds, many in private rooms.

The project is expected to cost more than $15 million, and the building will replace the current 140 skilled and intermediate-care beds.

St. Clara's Manor has 85 full- and part-time employees, and the addition of new staff is expected, The Pantagraph reported.

The facility has been managed by Bloomington-based Heritage Enterprises since 2001.
