The Heritage at Brentwood, which is managed by Life Care Services, said Heritage Investment Partners has purchased a 70% majority stake in the community from Westminster Capital.

Heritage Investment is led by Nashville developer John Cooper and lawyer John Stone. The debt in the transaction was financed through Pinnacle Financial Partners.

Harpeth Green Properties, LLC, also owned by Cooper and Stone, and LCS will remain minority partners of The Heritage at Brentwood. They each hold a 15% ownership position.

Life Care Services will continue to manage The Heritage at Brentwood. The community plans to expand with 97 new apartments, an 11,000-square-foot Healthy Life™ Center featuring a pool, fitness room and juice bar and a 350-seat auditorium. It also will have expanded maintenance, an assisted living building and dining room renovations.

The Heritage at Brentwood is the only LifeCare™ Continuing Care Retirement Community in middle Tennessee. It has a 66-unit SNF.
