Erickson Living starts building CCRC in New Jersey

Erickson Living announced Tuesday it has started construction on a new 540,000-square-foot continuing care retirement community in New Providence, NJ.

Lantern Hill will be the third Erickson Living community in the state.The company selected Wohlsen Construction  as the general contractor in November. The project architect for Lantern Hill is Lantz-Boggio Architects of Englewood, CO.

The community will include 275 independent living apartments, as well as residences for assisted living, memory care, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation.
