Dominion Senior Living has announced it is building a $10.3 million assisted living and memory care community in Florence, KY.

The building will rise two stories, 46 assisted living apartments and 15 memory care apartments. It will create 50 jobs and is expected to open in fall 2018.

Features include a large courtyard and Dominion Senior Living’s Tapestry program designed to help memory care residents with daily tasks.

The Florence building will be the third Dominion community in Kentucky. The facility is roughly 13 miles southwest of Cincinnati.
