Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ merge

Cushman & Wakefield announced the completion of a merger with DTZ. There will now be a combined $5 billion in revenue, with 43,000 employees.

Cushman & Wakefield will be led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Brett White and Global President Tod Lickerman. It is majority owned by an investor group led by TPG, PAG and OTTP.

Cushman & Wakefield now operates in more than 60 countries.
