Assisted Living Concepts is now Enlivant, reflecting the company’s desire for a fresh start.

“The name ‘Enlivant’ captures the essence of this renewed sense of vitality and connectivity. While we are proud of our 30-year history as pioneers in the assisted living industry, today we celebrate the ‘rebirth’ of our organization and renew our commitment to become the nation’s most trusted assisted living provider,” said CEO Jack R. Callison Jr.

“Our actions are guided by Enlivant’s new core values: compassion, humility, excellence, fun and, most importantly, integrity. We strive to create a stimulating and vibrant, relationship-based atmosphere, which enables our residents’ minds, bodies and spirits to flourish,” he said.

The company recently moved its headquarters from Menomonee Falls, WI, to Chicago and unveiled a new website. It announced its new name March 31.

TPG bought the company last year for $287 million. Also, the Department of Labor dismissed a whistleblower lawsuit brought by the company’s former CEO in 2013.
