AAHSA adds a new ingredient to its trade show

The Chef Challenge proved to be one of the most popular attractions at last week's AAHSA meeting in Philadelphia. Each day, contestants were required make a three-course meal within an hour. They also had to incorporate a secret ingredient into their dishes (such as Brussels sprouts, pomegranate, jalapeno or striped bass). Participants  included Aramark Senior Living Services, Sodexo Senior Services, Cura Hospitality and Morrison Senior Dining. Congratulations to the Cura team, which captured top honors. If the large crowds witnessing the competition are any indication, it appears that AAHSA has found a successful new way to spice up the exhibit hall.
